Bob 3
And thus we have the final test baffle for Bob.

Bob sounds as good as I hoped, so the next stage is to make him look pretty, as aesthetics are important to me. I'm so shallow. Currently, he is painted MDF, using a hammered metal finish and the nitrile rubber.

The dual mids are probably overkill, but there's nothing wrong with that. And I think they look cool, in a boys with toys kind of way.
From the back you can see the rubber coating for the rear, although this was accidental as it used to be the front where I ripped the rubber. Dumb ass.

The bass cabinet is deliberately rubber lined so I don't need a gasket for the drivers.
Ooh, a dramatic shot!
This is Roberta, the center channel. Roberta has a W22 and a Millenium, or actually I should say 'will have' as this is a test baffle. Wrong drivers.

The volume is enough, and the driver layout should make it a rather good center.

Alas, I'm doing Roberta active too, plus the Roberta surrounds, so this means two aps per channels plus EQ and crossovers.

Love this hobby.
